Is it possible to cancel the order?
The order can only be canceled before it is sent out. Once we have completed and shipped your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
If I cancel my order, will I get a refund?
If you cancel the order, before it is completed and shipped, we will refund the purchase amount within 3-5 working days.
What shipping method is available?
Within Estonia, as shipping method it is possible to choose the DPD courier delivery service, Smartpost or DPD parcel machines.
When will the order arrive?
The product delivery times vary. You can find the exact delivery time on our web-shop from the product card. Please note that the delivery time indicated for each product is in working days. Is it possible to return the order?
The order, ordered from the Exciter.ee web-shop, can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. In order to ensure you the possibility of returning the product, please be careful while opening the package, so no damage is done to the contents. The labels on the products must not be removed and the packaging not discard until you have decided to keep the product(s).

When will I receive a refund for the returned product?
As soon as the returned order has reached us, in the original packaging and an undamaged form, we will return the purchase amount to you. The refund will reach your bank account within 3-5 working days.
