How to make a purchase in the Exciter.ee web-shop?
There are three easy steps to do this:
- Choose the right product for you and add it to the cart;
- Add your details and the appropriate method of delivery;;
- Choose a payment method and make the payment.
What payment methods can be used to pay for the purchase in the web-shop?
You can pay for your order using the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26.
In addition, it is also possible to pay with a suitable Esto payment solution.
Where can I find an order invoice?
An invoice will be sent to your email. It will be also visible in your Exciter.ee personal account.
Is it possible to change the content of the order after payment?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the content of the order after the payment has been made.
Will the entire order be shipped as one shipment?
In the case that the order does not fit in one shipment, we will notify you immediately and send the products separately.
What to do if I haven’t received my order confirmation?
If more than an hour has passed since your order was placed, but the order confirmation has not been received in your email, please contact our customer service at the e-mail address klienditeenindus@exciter.ee.
Is it possible to cancel the order?
The order can only be canceled before it is sent out. Once we have completed and shipped your order, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
If I cancel my order, will I get a refund?
If you cancel the order before it is completed and shipped, we will refund the purchase amount within 3-5 working days.
Is it possible to place an order outside Estonia?
On the Exciter.ee web-shop page, we only accept orders from Estonia.
Delivery
Is shipping free of charge?
Sending an order is not free. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer according to the price information displayed next to the shipping method.
What shipping method is available?
Within Estonia, it is possible to choose DPD courier, Smartpost or DPD parcel machines as the method of sending.
What courier service is available?
We offer the possibility to choose the DPD courier service.
When will the order arrive?
Product delivery times vary. You can find the exact delivery time on the product card in the web-shop. Please note that the delivery time indicated for each product is in working days. If the order has been delayed or you want to know its exact location, please contact us to the e-mail address klienditeenindus@exciter.ee.
Is it possible to track the shipment?
Yes, the shipment can be tracked. The shipping company will send you the tracking code via message or e-mail.
Returns
Is it possible to return the order?
The order, ordered from the Exciter.ee web-shop, can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the products. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
Is it possible to return all products?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return all products. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, can not be returned.
Is there a charge for returns?
The cost of returning the order is paid by the buyer.
What type of transport can be used to return the order?
When returning the order, it is possible to choose the most suitable method of transport for you, such as DPD courier service, DPD, Smartpost or Omniva parcel machine.
When will I receive a refund for the returned product?
As soon as the returned order has reached us, in the original packaging and an undamaged form, we will return the purchase amount to you. The refund will reach your bank account within 3-5 business days.
Guarantee
What happens if my product is damaged or defective?
If the product that you received has a defect or another damage, please let us know. We will then ask you to return the product and, if the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a new one or refund the purchase amount.

Is the product return for free?
If you want to return the product, please let us know at the e-mail address klienditeenindus@exciter.ee. We will then send you an address card asking you to return the product. Returning the product is free of charge under the warranty time.
Does the purchased product come with a valid warranty?
Yes, every purchased product comes with a 2-year warranty.
How to prove the validity of the guarantee?
The validity of the warranty is proved by your order invoice or proof of purchase. The invoice can be found both in your e-mail mailbox and in your Exciter.ee personal account.
How long is the warranty?
The warranty period is 2 years.
