Validity of the sales contract, products and price information
The terms of sales apply to the purchase of products from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A fee, for the delivery of the products, is added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when ordering.
Informations about the products are provided in the Online Store directly next to them.
Formalising an order
To order the products, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the more suitable delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26.
In addition, it is also possible to pay with a suitable Esto payment solution.
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to Merchant” button on the bank’s page.
Payments are mediated by Esto AS. The payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card, in the secure environment of Esto AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The agreement will enter into force when the amount due is received to the account of the Online Store.
The owner of the Online Store is the processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Esto AS.
If the ordered products cannot be delivered due to the expiration of the products or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Products are sent only within Estonia.
To receive the products, the buyer has the following options:
- DPD delivery service
- DPD parcel machine
- Smartpost parcel machine
Shipping costs are payed by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days, from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 14 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, there is the right to deliver the products within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the web-shop within 14 days.
NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw, the corresponding products and services must be listed in such a case and they must be appropriate with the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
In order to have the 14-day right of return, the ordered products should not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products in the same manner permitted for testing products in a physical store.
If the products have been used for other purposes than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the products.
In order to return the products, an e-mail must be submitted regarding the withdrawal from the purchase of the products and sent to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org not later than within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The costs of returning the products shall be payed by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or a defective product).
The buyer must return the products within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the products to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Online Store shall return the purchase to the buyer immediately upon receipt the returned products, but not later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds, until the item that is the subject of the contract, has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the products from the buyer, if the price of the products in the Online Store is significantly lower than the market price of the products due to a mistake.
Right to lodge a complaint
The Online Store is responsible for non-compliance or defect of the products sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the products to the buyer. During the first six months from the delivery of the products to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of the delivery. The rebuttal of that presumption is a responsibility of the Online Store.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store, within two months, by sending an e-mail to to the e-mail address email@example.com or by calling +372 677 5606.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the products to the buyer.
If the products purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective products. If the products can not be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return all fees, associated with the sales contract, to the buyer.
The Online Store shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Quality guarantee of purchased products
1.1. The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller immediately in writing of obvious defects in the quality of the Goods (damage to the packaging, non-compliance of the quantity, etc.), but no later than within 1 (one) day from the day of handing over the Goods to him (otherwise, if the established deadline has been missed, the Buyer does not have the right to submit to the Seller claims regarding obvious deficiencies in the transferred Goods). It is considered that by ordering such Goods, the Buyer agrees to purchase the Goods under the specified circumstances and cannot make any claims or claims regarding damage or defects in the Goods’ packaging in the future.
1.2. The goods are subject to a quality guarantee given by the manufacturer, the specific term (duration) and (or) other conditions, including the conditions for not applying the guarantee, are specified in the descriptions of these goods and (or) in the warranty books and (or) purchase documents submitted with the goods.
1.3. If a certain type of Goods has not been given a manufacturer’s quality guarantee, then the 24 (twenty-four) month long Goods quality guarantee stipulated in the legislation applicable to these Goods shall apply.
1.4. The buyer, who has purchased Goods of non-compliant quality, has the right to:
1.4.1. demand that deficiencies in the Goods be eliminated free of charge; or
1.4.2. demand that Goods of non-compliant quality be replaced free of charge with Goods of suitable quality; or
1.4.3. demand that the price of the Goods be reduced accordingly; or
1.4.4. terminate the Agreement unilaterally and demand the return of the paid amount.
Marketing and processing of personal data
The Online Store uses the personal data, entered by the buyer, only to process the order and send the products to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the products.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his/her wish to receive direct e-mail notifications.
The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
